Company profile
Our company, CH. GIANNOULIS S.A., is one of the oldest olive oil processing and exporting companies in Greece.
We were established on 1969 in Crete, an island famous for its high quality extra virgin olive oil, which has been the main agricultural product since the ancient years.
CH. GIANNOULIS S.A. owns one pomace olive oil extraction plant, as also an olive oil refinery plant and a processing production line, located in Crete. Furthermore, we own a pomace olive oil extraction plant, located in Dodecanese.
We have a production capacity of 10.000 tons of bottles and tins per year. Our high quality standards and our 40 – year – experience in olive oil trading characterizes our strong presence in the market of olive oil products.
Our extra virgin olive oil comes from strictly selected regions of Crete only, employing the same methods of cultivation and harvesting – an unaltered tradition bequeathed from generation to generation.
We are the producers of our pomace olive oil, which is characterized by a green clear colour, which guarantees its high quality. Due to its chemical composition, it is strongly resistant to high degrees, therefore it is the most suitable olive oil for frying.
Nowadays our company produces a great variety of products covering all the different qualities and quantities of olive oil products in the market.

For our extra virgin olive oil and for our olive pomace oil we use a number of different packaging materials starting from 0.25lt, 0.5lt, 0.75lt and 1lt glass bottles, 1lt, 2lt pet and of course 1lt, 2lt, 3lt, 4lt and 5lt tins, under our brand names or under private label for retailers and wholesalers.
In addition we can provide bulk olive and pomace oil, filtered or not, in flex tank, metal barrels and small pet tanks with max capacity 1000lt. We can also produce our products under private label.
Our refining and packaging factory works under the most recent E.U. legislations and regulations concerning the olive oil products and in accordance with an ISO and HACCP system that has already been established. We are also certified by KOSHER certificate.
All the above, plus our great experience in olive oil processing and exports, guarantee that our products enjoy the highest quality to ensure that such an excellent product as the olive oil, can be available to all consumers through out the world, giving them the opportunity to enjoy its nutritional and health benefits.
Our company contacts business on a global scale. It shows a great exporting activity for both packaged and bulk extra virgin olive oil and pomace olive oil products. European Union, U.S.A., Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Slovenia, Poland, Serbia and China are some of our products destinations.
